at per the agreed contract schedule made by the contractor. And preparation of
weekly progress report which will be submitted to the Client. The report will
contain the updated Bar Chart Schedule, deployment of man power and the work
achieved on weekly basis.
d. Advise the Client on procurement of Raw Materials.
d. Ensure Quality Control procedure are followed by the Contractor time to time and preservation of
Records.
e. Certification of Contractors Running Bill
f. Preparation of As- Built Drawings & re-conciliation of Raw
Material with the Contractors.
g. Ensure all the safety gear are in force and followed. .
